Loan limit is equal to the appraised value of the home X 90% minus any first mortgage.  The maximum term is 20 years with no points.  The maximum amount is $300,000.  The rate depends on the number of years of the loan.  An application fee may apply.

HOME EQUITY LINE OF CREDIT - ADJUSTABLE

Loan limit is equal to appraised value of the home X 90% minus any first mortgage.  Members can establishes a credit limit without having to make an application and signs loan papers for each amount taken. The maximum line of credit is $50,000.  An application fee may apply.  Our Rates Table will assist you in deciding which terms best fit your needs.
