Personal Access Teller - PAT

With PAT the 24 hour telephone teller system, you can reach your account information anytime day or night.  In fact, PAT puts a teller in your home, office, car or anywhere there is a touch tone phone.  With PAT, you can:

• Check your share and loan balances

• Make check withdrawals

• Transfer funds

• Make loan payments

• Inquire about cleared drafts

• Check on deposits and withdrawals

• Request tax information

PAT is easy to use
All you need is the following:

Your account number.
Your Personal identification number (PIN).
A touch tone phone.

Remember, changes to your account are made immediately, accurately, and confidentially.  Our friendly PAT teller voice will guide you through your transaction.

How to use PAT

Call the PAT number 717-272-4550.
Enter your account number, followed by the # key.
Enter your four digit PIN, followed by the # key.
Enter your transaction codes, followed by the #.
To end the session, simply hang up or enter 99#.

Remember ZERO (0) not Letter (o) to access your share draft account.  Enter exact amount for each transaction including dollars and cents.  For an example, to enter $100.00, press 10000#.  You may key ahead at any time during the session. You do not need to wait for the voice prompt.
