Lebanon FCU Member Hardship Assistance

In response to the financial constraints imposed on many of our members by the growing COVID-19 (“Coronavirus”) pandemic, Lebanon Federal Credit Union is here to help during this time of uncertainty and difficulty. As always, the credit union wants to work with our members to help them achieve their financial goals and assist members in fulfilling their current obligations.

A credit union representative can help you explore reduced or deferred payment options that may be available.

The credit union is offering the below loan relief options for those experiencing a financial hardship due to COVID-19 on many of our loan products:

  • Free Skip-A-Payment requests – skip a month’s loan payment, $35 fee is waived, interest continues to accrue
  • Interest Only Payment – pay only the accrued interest and the credit union advances your next payment due date to the following month
  • Loan Deferrals – no payments for qualifying members for up to 90 days, interest continues to accrue

The credit union is also offering hardship loan assistance to qualified members. Please contact the Loan Department at 717-272-2210, Option 3 or via email at loans@lebanonfcu.org for help securing additional funds.

We have special financing terms available to help with disruptions in income / additional expenses incurred as a result of the pandemic.
