Updates to Your Statements:New Vendor & Project Timeline

We are thrilled to announce our collaboration with a new statement vendor.

Our commitment is to streamline the communication process, starting with the restoration of paper statements.

What to expect:

  • December 2023 Statements:
    December 2023 statements have been mailed to all members as of January 15, 2024. We anticipate that statements should be received by most members on or before January 22, 2024.
  • January 2024 Visa Statements:
    January 2024 Visa statements have been mailed out to members as of January 18, 2024.  We anticipate that Visa statements should be received by most members on or before January 25, 2024.
  • Tax Statements:
    Year End 2023 Tax Statements have been mailed out to members as of January 20, 2024.  We anticipate that Tax statements should be received by most members on or before January 27, 2024.
  • Other System Notices, and Letters:
    As of Friday, January 26, 2024 all notices have been mailed out.  As of Monday, January 29, 2024 all new notices will be produced automatically. 
  • Electronic Statements and Notices:
    Once the restoration of paper communication is complete, we will finish working on restoring electronic statements and other electronic notices. We are actively working on restoring eStatement services.

FAQ's

Yes! The credit union will be providing all members with a paper-only December 2023 statement. This includes members who normally receive electronic statements. December 2023 statements have been mailed out to all credit union members as of January 15, 2024.

Yes! January 2024 Visa statements, for those members with a LFCU credit card, are pending production and should be mailed out to all eligible members by the end of this week.

This was the most efficient way to ensure members receive a monthly statement in a timely manner due to the disruption still impacting our previous third-party statement vendor.

The credit union is working diligently with our statement vendors, our core processing company, and other resources to work on restoring electronic statements as soon as possible. We do not yet know the estimated time to complete this task, but we will continue to communicate updates to our members as we make progress on this project. Once electronic statement services are restored, those who have opted into electronic statements, will no longer receive a paper statement.

The credit union is almost finished processing applicable members 2023 Year End Tax Statements for qualifying loan interest paid or dividend income received. All members with qualifying loan interest paid or dividend income received will receive the appropriate year-end tax form in the mail.

Please give us a call or stop by any Lebanon FCU branch location for a complimentary copy of your previous months statement or an interim statement for the month of December 2023. You can also view all account balances and transaction history using our online and mobile banking platforms. We anticipate having the regular monthly member statements for the month of December 2023 available at all Lebanon FCU branch locations later this week. We will continue to provide you with complimentary copies of these documents during the remainder of this outage.
