The Board undertook an extensive evaluation process to identify the leader best equipped to guide the organization through its next phase of growth and innovation while remaining committed to the credit union’s mission of serving members and strengthening communities.
Gehman previously served as Executive Vice President of LFCU, where he played a significant role in advancing strategic initiatives, enhancing operational performance, and supporting the credit union’s continued growth. His leadership experience, commitment to member service, and deep understanding of the organization’s culture and values positioned him as the leading candidate for the role.
