Mid morning on March 7, 2024 I stopped at the Campbelltown branch to ask for help concerning my online account. I was fortunate that Charlotte Crater was behind the counter and immediately asked if she could help.She was very pleasant and professional. All my questions were answered and she offered follow-up help if needed. Since the initial questions concerned computer log-in issues, the offer for follow-up help turned out to be extremely beneficial.Later, in the day I was trying to use a reset password that Charlotte provided but not having much success. Because of her kind offer, I called. She calmly and happily provided step by step guidance which finally helped me to resolve the issue and gain access to our online account.I would like to thank Charlotte again for her help today.
